We worked with Sunny to find a new home in Stone Crest, just outside The Villages. We spent time working with her, both in-person and long-distance. She was wonderful! She was professional, accommodating and prompt in getting information to us. As it turned out, we ended up purchasing a home while out of state and went through the whole purchasing process remotely. She sent pictures, did video walk-throughs with us and did all the investigating for us, in terms of answering questions. She was thorough in understanding what we were looking for - and seemed far more interested in finding the perfect home for us, than just simply making a quick sale. While buying a home remotely, sight unseen, can be a bit unnerving, we had complete confidence it would be just what we were looking for. We never felt pressured to buy, nor did she ever encourage us to compromise on what we wanted. We appreciated her availability, as well as her enthusiasm and easy-going personality. The entire process was seamless and pleasant - which, as anyone who has purchased a home knows, can often be stressful. We met with Sunny after we moved in, and have also run into her months later.
